I will go meatless for a week

I am choosing to do this because I didn't eat a lot of meat anyways in my diet but after being in Environmental Studies and learning about the harms of commercial farming and how it isn't needed in our diet in the first place. If this week goes well, it may turn into a long term thing.

    Going meatless turned into a month without eating meat. I am feeling satisfied without the meat addition to my palate! Food is still good without the meat!

    I created one goal on going meatless for a week, however, as the first week flew by, I am still not having any desire to eat meat. I decided to change the goal to going meatless for as long as I want. But so far it has been going very well!

    Not eating meat for a week has been easier than expected. It is Wednesday 10/4/2018 and if this week ends well, I may continue for the next week.
