REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go for a Daily WalkFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Elaine Wheeler 10/24/2018 11:28 AMNot all of my walks provide exercise; many are for my senior dog. She will be 15 years old on 11-5 and our walks are slow. I feel so fortunate to have her with me still. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Elaine Wheeler 10/24/2018 11:25 AMSharing my gratitude with others makes me feel better. Actually taking the time to express my feelings makes me feel more connected to my community. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Eat MindfullyMindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?
Elaine Wheeler 10/24/2018 11:20 AMMindful eating allows me to focus on the flavors, textures and freshness of the meal. Going without the newspaper while I eat probably is better for my digestion, too!
