    I think the point to meditation is to free your mind of everything in your life, so that when you return to reality refreshed and ready to get back into your life more level headed.

    We have many popular social activities that tend to be centered around preparing and/or eating a particular meat. It is the land of plenty. If someone could invent a new fun non-meat dish to center a social activity around, that could help.

    It is great to learn and be aware about what is going on in this local region. Native american land areas deserve to not be affected be others' poor practice.

    It allows me to relax and unwind from any stresses, and get some nice deep breaths of air on a cool morning or evening.
