    The most challenging piece for me is eating without distraction. I usually focus on my food but have something going on in the background, tryin to make the most of my time rather than eating how I know I should

      You are definitely not alone! I struggle with this one myself. So much so that I'm not even brave enough to attempt this challenge. At least not yet......
