REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Joey Williams 10/17/2018 2:23 PMI practice reflecting on 3 things I am grateful for each day. I like to do this when I have down time like on my bike ride home or as I go to bed at night.-
Joey Williams 10/23/2018 3:16 PM@Love I could definitely see the journal being challenging, which is why I've so far just stuck to thinking through my gratitude practice. It can be done anywhere, anytime, and often helps to interrupt my constant thought cycle of what I need to do next. Once that cycle is interrupted, I find it's easier to focus on the present and my surroundings as well, which I think is really what bike rides should be about! Can see music being distracting too, but have you tried jazz... :) -
Love Jonson 10/19/2018 2:56 PMJoey! I just noted in my reflection question how I am struggling with starting a gratitude journal. Do you write down your 3 things or just think them? Have you had success with a journal? I love the idea of bike time gratitude :) I usually listen to music but I'm considering kicking this habit because I think it winds me up more than calms me down...

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Joey Williams 10/17/2018 2:22 PMEvery morning I have a bagel for breakfast - I put hummus on top most days now and only treat myself to cream cheese every once in a while :) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Power Down the ComputerWhat are other easy things you could do to save energy and reduce your environmental footprint?
Joey Williams 10/17/2018 2:21 PMI can shut down other computers I use besides just my work computer! And other electronics like my coffee machine.
