REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Know My healthHow do you deal with the physical and emotional stress of the big problems we face? How can you help others cope?
Gary Wong 10/03/2018 1:40 PMI find humor is the best way to deal with stressful and unpleasant emotional issues. It always seems to lighten the mood, and always provides a much needed distraction for a short while. Then, you can re-group and re-focus on the problem or issue at hand. -
Gary Wong 9/30/2018 8:39 PMWell, because I had my house fumigated this weekend, I didn't use any hot water or gas these past 3-days! Forced savings I guess! -
Gary Wong 9/24/2018 1:16 AMAfter boiling some corn today, let the water cool, then watered plants with them. My tiny contribution today. -
Gary Wong 9/21/2018 3:36 PMOkay... does anybody really turn off these monitors/displays in our conference rooms anymore? Turned off another 4 on my way out the door today for the start of a beautiful weekend.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Turn it offHow is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?
Gary Wong 9/18/2018 6:37 PMI live 12-miles from the Moss Landing PG&E power plant, and wish I would've taken their tours when they were available. Being so close to a major power plant and in the Monterey Bay, you can definitely tell they have a huge impact on the livelihood of the environment. Being a marine sanctuary, this power plant must maintain high environmental standards, or its surrounding sea life will suffer, or worse, die out. -
