    I forget how difficult it can be to stay on track when life gets stressful. I managed to meet my challenges today but I'm not as confident for the rest of the week.

    Definitely find I am thinking a bit more about where my food is coming from and how it is being packaged before I purchase it.

      I have always been health conscious in what I am putting in my body but now I have been fighting food allergies so this forces me to read labels even closer. Master Recycler class has taught me to now look at the packaging of the product. Thinking about how and where that packaging is going to go when I am done with it.

    I have my health numbers and I am going to focus on more vegan meals this next year. I am curious how this will effect my numbers for next year. I am hopeful to see positive changes.

    I have to admit I miss meat when I try to go totally vegan. Although I  have found some products are getting better on flavor.

    Cleaned out some toxic cleaning chemicals from under the sink this weekend.  Trying to use more vinegar and baking soda for cleaning.
