Reducing the amount we use and finding healthy alternatives. Set yourself up by realizing you can save money while also saving the environment in order to persuade yourself to make a permanent change. Using 1 plastic water bottle is better than buying a whole new case of water.

Every time I go to Taco Bell I never take a lid or straw to reduce the amount of plastic I use. So far, I have saved 5 straws from being sent to a landfill.
