    Social media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    After limiting my social media for a few days I feel like I have more free time and able to better focus on the good things in my life and less on everyone else's!

    I prepared to keep track of three things I'm grateful for each day by downloading an app where I can record them and that will send me daily reminders!

    Practicing gratitude refocuses me on the positive so I don't get bogged down by the negative and become discouraged. It also reminds me who and what my supports are which helps me remember that I can lean on them when things are hard.
