Meal planning is difficult at first. It seems a little bit of overwhelming to buy an entire weeks worth of food. However, I think that overall it saves money on the grocery bill. It also saves time, instead of planning meals the day of. Let's see if my husband and I can keep up the meal planning. We have a little one on the way, so saving time and money are crucial right now.
