October 22 at 6:26 AMI'd really like to support our local farmers markets more often and make sure we are buying/eating seasonal foods. I want to be more conscious of my food miles as well as supporting local farmers.

October 22 at 6:24 AMI used to use plastic bags at the grocery store but have now started using reusable bags. I also don't worry about bagging my vegetables.

October 22 at 6:22 AMI found myself in this situation this weekend and opted for a paper bag instead of plastic. I know that we will reuse a paper bag at home and they are easier to recycle. I am doing better at making sure I have my reusable bags in my trunk at all times and am bringing them into the store with me.

October 22 at 6:20 AMIt wasnt really an issue of difficulty choosing a different activity, but more about breaking the habit of immediately picking up my phone or turning on the tv. As soon as I thought about doing something else, it was easy to turn off the screen.
