REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Juliana Accles 10/06/2018 6:41 PMI would like to invest more time in reflecting on positive experiences because it's too easy to get caught up only thinking about problems and stress. I want to think about things that make me happy. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go for a Daily WalkFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Juliana Accles 9/18/2018 2:46 PMBeing outside and walking makes me feel more calm and happy. I feel more healthy after moving around and being outside. I think everyone would benefit from being outside more. I have some of my best thoughts when I'm walking. I also really enjoy walking and talking with other people. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Try CarpoolingWhat are the factors that influence your choice of transportation? These can include things like money, time, and convenience, as well as perceptions of danger or safety.
Juliana Accles 9/02/2018 10:12 AMCarpooling with friends to and from school saves my parents a lot of time and is more convenient than walking or biking because I have a lot of stuff to carry and don't live that close to school. My options are limited because only a couple friends live near me. It can be frustrating because I like to be on time but the people I ride with are not always punctual. I try to only ride with friends who are careful and responsible which most of them are. I don't feel any less safe than when my parents drive even though most of them are fairly new drivers. It's nice to have extra time to interact with friends.
