I can exercise with my friends. I feel like never exercise anymore, and I think it would be nice.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

It really does. Sometimes they fall, and were left to only have nature, and beauty to entertain us, and I think turning of electronics will make a change,

Everyday, I go outside for 15 minutes, and enjoy the sunset and sunrise, which is very refreshing because i'm not washing my eyes out in front of a screen

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

Yes it rings true for me. I think sunsets, and sunrises are so beautiful and natural that we shouldn't haft to stay inside to witness it, all you need to do is sit outside for 15 minutes just to watch the sunset/sunrise.
