During the school year, it is actually very easy to do some of the challenges. For example, exercising, showering for five minutes, going for a walk, or watching a documentary. These are probably the easiest challenges I found, so I did and that I am doing.

Last year I watched a documentary about how plastics are in the Pacific Ocean, this year I watched one about food sovereignty. I am always so interested in how people ruin the world and how we can fix the mess we caused. Now there is this website and I get to mark what I have done.

I am hoping that exercising a bit more often will help me run a faster mile next year, and to run my mile with less cramps and stuff

I'm trying to do as much as I can for the environment and for myself. I'm really hoping I can make an impact.
