It's cost effective to improve the windows.  We had leaks that caused drafts in the house, so we put window plastic and tape so that we are not losing heat to those leaks.

The fall harvest allows for allergies to hit hard for most. Also the drop in temps quickly can send the common cold through an entire workforce and humans not taking care of themselves.

Being outdoors gives me a sense of peace and allows me to think more deeply about really just everything. It also puts things into perspective for me and I think about how small I am compared to this vast world! But also that what I (humans) even though we are small but MANY, we can make a huge impact on this world. Both positively and negatively.

Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

I use an app called “streaks” where I can track all of my goals. One of my goals is to bring a waterbottle  to work everyday so that I don’t have to purchase a disposable. I’ve been eating better at this using the app. One of the issues that I have is leaving my water bottle in the office of others. Haven’t figured out a good solution for this yet.
