October 14 at 3:03 PMIt is amazing what 60 minutes of exercise can do for the mind! Even just doing light exercise, like going for a walk outside, gives my brain a chance to be still! Then, when I sit down to do homework later in the day I feel like I can concentrate better!

October 3 at 9:18 AMCooking in general isn't the easiest thing to do as a college student (because it takes time), but by planning my meals for the week I was able to save money on what I bought, and ensure that I have enough food to get me through the whole week!
