It's so easy to not count your blessings in the bustle of day to day.  Workdays wear me out and I'm even busier on the oh, so short weekends.  This is the most difficult of the challenges I've picked so I guess I better start trying harder to make it a habit.

This turned out to be more of a technological challenge than I had imagined. October 5th-October 22nd I spent a tremendous amount of time traveling by train. I'd never have guessed there wouldn't be WiFi internet or cell reception. The good news is I enjoyed hours of screen free time at the expense of being able to log in all my activity. This was a great reminder to focus on simplicity and economy both materially as well as in my physical and mental activity.
