    I can work a few days from home but not everyday. I would also need to occasionally need to come in for testing.

    To cope with stress, these have proven helpful to me: taking a walk with my dog (with no ear buds/music during that time); writing in my gratitude journal; meditating; sharing with a close friend or family member.

    I ride the green belt about 90% of the way from East Boise.  this makes me feel a lot more connected to my community.
