    What concerns you the most about how we are affecting the planet? Consider both local and global actions.

    People tend to care about their convenience more than the impact on the environment, so they won't take action to release the burden (wastes) to the planet. And they don't find contribution from one person can make any difference. And nothing is improved. That's my major concern to local environment. For global, some international leaders don't admit environment change. This is also bad for saving the planet.

    Today, I bought my breakfast, I used my own battle to fill coffee and my airtight container to pack sandwiches.

    Waste Go Paperless
    Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    I'll try to buy beverage with bigger bottle, so to avoid many smaller ones. I'll remember to use electricity receipt more often (sometimes I forgot..).

    Water Say No to Plastic Straws
    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    Most of the time, it's plastic bags (for bread) that's hard to avoid. I'll choose to buy something with bare packaging and put it in my reusable food bag.

    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    Sometimes I prefer to bring a smaller bag which a mug or water bottle can't fit in. Sometime I'll bring a cup out when I know I want to take out drinks with me. But I wasn't always "predictable" when it comes to drink. That makes it hard to have reusable cup all the time. Therefore, I tend to NOT drink any thing if I can't have it with reusable cup. It is scary to learn how many disposal cups were wasted every day, so it is really a great accomplishment when I know I reduce waste and save the environment.

    Health Avoid refined sugar
    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I don't think I was addicted to sugar bit it does add flavor to what I like to eat/drink. By cutting it down to my diet, I feel fresh and found it not so bad to eat without it.
