October 18 at 7:06 AMI have been trying to write some sweet things at the end of my day in my little diary in order to appreciate the day I had and overall how lucky I am to have a good health, a nice working environment as well as a happy family. I am indeed blessed. This little exercise definitely brought a lot of positiveness in my life.

October 18 at 7:02 AMIt was indeed a bit hard as I am so used to staying on my phone when I am at home and watching YouTube or google news. However, nothing impossible as I am instead spending more time with my kitty cat and lending a hand in the kitchen or trying some new dishes which I am enjoying.

October 17 at 3:37 PMI started the day by wishing my family and an awesome day and reminding my kids that with each new day there is a new beginning!

October 17 at 3:33 PMI make a conscious effort everyday to ensure the temp at home is maintained at 68 - 70 F and that lights in rooms not being used are turned off.

October 17 at 3:31 PMEvery day I walk 2.5 - 5 KM in the morning, there is something so invigorating to hear the hush of dawn and then see the sun poking thru the clods!

October 17 at 1:23 PMI am sparing myself some time after work and going for a walk to the park. I find this helping me in my cardio, hence, doing some extra step in staying healthy.

October 17 at 6:21 AMI started having dinner early, hence, I get to go to bed at 10PM and wake up at 6AM. The extra 1 hour really made a difference. I am not cranky and get to focus more at work. Yayy!

October 17 at 6:18 AMWhen you stop and think about it, these are all challenges we can adopt in our lives every day - they are easy switches!
