    Do people with economic privilege have a responsibility to consume and own less? How can the concept of "reduce" be presented to those who may be struggling to have enough food, clothes, shelter?

    People with economic privilege typically live in abundance, they can meet their needs plus some by reducing simple things. People who do not have this economic privilege can just do their best to not over use.

    Michael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?

    It shows that paying for better food will benefit your health in the long run.
