    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

Well in my case I have a lot of time having a cup on my desk to use it instead of disposable coffee cup, also if I have an event and I know that disposables are going to be used I try to prepare at home coffee to avoid single use coffee cup.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I always try to reduce the quantity of disposables, when there is no option and I buy something, I reuse things as much as I can.
