    Michael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?

    I believe that eating healthier is better for the body. Doing this helps you stay healthier and have more energy throughout the day to keep going.

    Having hanging baskets for my garden works best for me. I will be starting it this weekend and buying the supplies.
