    Taking a walk allows you to think about whatever is on your mind, and after 15 minutes that is when you escape what is the most pressing idea on your mind. After that, you start to think about what's more on your subconscious mind! This helps you resolve issues you didn't know you had!

    Use reusable containers like bottles, straws, and even bags when you go shopping.

    I always go to the REC facility with friends! That way you can all be active while being social and even push each other to do better.
