REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Jessica Archambault 10/24/2018 5:24 AMIt is amazing how much better I feel after getting a little extra sleep. I'm definitely going to keep up with going to bed a little earlier! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Jessica Archambault 10/04/2018 6:55 AMI feel so much better today bringing in my reusable coffee mug from home to use here at work. Everyday I was using a disposable cup and tossing it in the trash. there is no reason to be filling the landfill with all that extra garbage. Thanks for helping me be more aware
