    All three can have a huge impact your health in various ways. Especially if your environment and community does not have access to the proper resources.

    Food Advocate for More Food Options
    Given the impact of pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers on both the natural world and our food systems, what do you think about the use of these products in agriculture?

    The use of these products can cause individuals to become sick, or pick up an incurable ailment that they have for the rest of their lives. It is good to eat organic food, and foods that do not contain these chemicals... They deteriorate and have a big impact on society's health.

    My challenge is going well. I am enjoying the gratitude journaling. It is definitely changing my perspective and how I view my day to day challenges.

    I normally do not watch television when I go home, so it wasn't as hard. I just had to find other things to do than be on my phone. So I did some gratitude journaling and some reading.

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    I would rather use this money paying off debt, or something a lot more beneficial.

    If I could get my body to unwind in a different ways that I will be able to go to sleep at an earlier time.
