Emily Armstrong 10/22/2018 5:14 AMCan't believe this challenge is already almost over! The biggest takeaway I have is that the small choices we make every day have an impact on the world around us and helping the environment can be done in more ways than you'd think. Even things like using my reusable cup at Starbucks, which takes 5 seconds to remember and grab, can reduce the size of landfills over time. -
Emily Armstrong 10/17/2018 1:01 PMDay 15 and my challenges are going well. I've been walking and enjoying nature more (with the help of Pokémon Go) as well as focus on getting more sleep during the week.
