William Arp-Howard 10/17/2018 8:20 AMI am working to take public transport to work rather then driving. Our goal is a family is also to get down to one care. I am doing physical therapy as well so that I can start riding my bike more and make this part of my commute. I also bring my lunch daily in reusable containers. I enjoy riding public transport, since I get some time to relax and meet different types of people. I also really don't enjoy sitting in traffic. This is my first day officially doing the challenge, but it falls nicely in line, with the changes I am working to build into my lifestyle.-
