REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Laura Bachiochi 10/18/2018 5:20 AMSince I have not been truly 100% successful in stopping all sugar, I actually know I am addicted to it. I was surprised how strong my cravings are and were. It is pretty enlightening and something I'll continue working on. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Laura Bachiochi 10/17/2018 5:33 AMNo, it doesn't surprise me. I also feel my family throws out more food we should. I would rather save this for an emergency fund. -
