REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Watch a Documentary about Food SovereigntyHow does food sovereignty address the complex agrarian transition to modern food systems?
Jane Barker 10/16/2018 11:59 AMIndividual knowledge and understanding of the impact of food choices and how to grow/select healthy food is critical for an educated consumer. Supply and demand will inform and influence the economics of modern food industry and having safe and secure access to healthy food, regardless of location and economic status, is paramount to correcting late 20th-century agribusiness model. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Eliminate Toxic PlasticsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
