To profit fashion companies burn their own products, to keep price out of the old supply and demand game. Clothing recycling venues are deluged in USA and excess is shipped to other countries, like India, to be disposed of. Fast fashion -making more than can be sold- is a dirty, polluting, toxic industry an many levels. How can sustainable economics play nice with finite resources, sane production and to support greater human potential when it is chained to short term think and long term  destructive practices?
