    People have so much STUFF! I try to limit what I buy because we don't NEED the items we acquire.  There is so much waste constantly when we buy things we don't need.

    I reflect my marriage often and how lucky I am to have such an awesome partner.  I meditate every morning to start my day and finish my day meditating when I go to sleep.

    You first have to love yourself before you can love others.  I have motivational sayings on my mirror in the morning when I get ready so I can lift myself up for a good day.  At the end of the day I look up other quotes to be uplifting in case I had a rough day.

    I have used windows for lighting during the day so I don't have to use light bulbs at all.

    shorter showers, and shutting off items that you aren't using that is drawing electricity.

    I always shut off the lights when leaving the room.  I try to not use energy where it is not being enjoyed.  Sometimes we don't need to listen to the hum of electricity.
