    This challenge was a great opportunity to re-engage on goals to spend more time outside, commute by bike when I can, and take care of myself. I learned that those things can all help with stress management and help me to have more energy!

      I am planning to focus on spending more time outside, commuting by bike and cutting car trips, and taking good care of myself with more sleep, exercise and healthy eating. My goal is to manage stress and enjoy time in nature!
