Carter Bell 10/18/2018 9:44 AMFor this challenge, I decided to exercise for 45 minutes a day and to also reduce my driving on a daily basis. The exercise portion of the challenge was pretty easy to me because I have always been active my whole life and going to the rec center was not too hard of a task. The part of the challenge that was harder for me was the driving aspect. I like to go out to eat with my friends at fast food restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings but I told myself I shouldn't because of the eco challenge. Another thing is I would usually drive to my cousins house 2 miles from my dorm but I decided to bike instead. This was actually more fun because I knew I was doing something good and biking is also a great form of exercise. I hope to continue these trends past the Eco challenge.
