    The next step I can take is to be more mindful of my water usage while brushing my teeth and only having the faucet running when I need it.

    I am definitely more conscious of how much I am eating and how slow/fast I am eating it. I also notice how much water I drink, or fail to drink, with meals.

    I had a great first day of the Eco challenge! From my first impressions of my challenges, I noticed taking only a 5 minute shower was not as hard as I expected it to be, meanwhile eating meals without electronic distractions was harder than I thought it would be...
