Simplicity makes us do or get more of what we actually need. Sometimes we need to be creative because we are so used to overspending or over buying that it will be a hard habit to get rid of so we need to be creative.

What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

What contributes to them eating more in North American is that it's in our culture. For a long time, people have eaten meat because that is what they were raised on and then they go to raise their own children and the cycle continues, but they do not do enough research on the making of their food that they eat. This says that we are lazy, we will eat anything that is put in front of us and what we need to do is start doing challenges like this because then it gets people to realize how unhealthy and bad for the environment the food their eating is.
