    A bout me 😊
I'm rockclimber and mountaineer and  hitchhiker and real traveler and enviromentalist
Born and raised in iran. Currently working in kermanshah. Random.
I always try to protect my environment on my journeys and I always have books along with my environmental protection, and I present them to the indigenous people in order to know their worth.
I always try to clean up the areas I visit and, as long as I am alive, I will do this because it is the nature that we have in our hands and we have to work on preserving it and present it to the next generation.

The use of appropriate plants at an approximate location is one of the cheapest and cheapest methods to regulate environmental conditions and reduce energy consumption in buildings. In fact, this can not only prevent the harmful effects of intense sunlight on the building in the summer, but also the fires and extreme cold winds in faith. The application of this method is very convenient for very cold climates, as well as for very hot areas and so on.
Market statistics show that nearly 50% of home-made energy is spent on cooling and heating.
The extensive studies in this regard (1983, Parkour and 1993, Black) suggest that the use of appropriate vegetation will follow a 25 percent reduction in domestic consumption. Planting even 3 beds in one correct place can lead to a significant reduction in the cost of the woman's energy consumption.
A vegetation plan can follow the following benefits:
    • Reduce energy consumption in summer and winter
    • Protecting the building against cold winter winds and intense sunlight exposure
    • Reduce water and fuel consumption in green space maintenance
    • Help control noise pollution and air pollution

Protecting environment is an issue which has been regarded as being very important by politicians and planners on the high governmental levels. In order to develop appropriate plans to maintain and improve the quality of the environment and to compile and implement regulations to prevent environmental destruction, it is necessary to provide information on urban environmental indicators and to examine their impact on human health in order to employ appropriate measures regarding facilities, and available environmental resources.
Today, lack of waste water’s collection and treatment system, lack of access to clean water, mismanagement of resources and skyrocketing of wastes and domestic waste water can influence public health. In addition, rapid growth of traffic load increases the amount of lead in the blood. Lead actually affects all human organs; lead poisoning, causes about 234 th ousand deaths annually in the world; moreover in 2000, traffic accidents caused 2، 1  million deaths and 90%  of those cases occurred in developing countries.

When walking, I have more time to visit the city and I can enjoy good weather. And as I walk, I can help improve air pollution

Strengthening windows seems to me to help save energy and storage. Both for heating and cooling. By spending a bit of money we can save energy
