REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Needs Vs. WantsHow is creativity necessary for practicing simplicity?
Chelsea Bowen 10/22/2018 11:55 AMNeeds VS wants is harder to stick to on the weekends because I often shop out of boredom or to reward myself for working hard during the week. Instead of rewarding myself with more stuff this weekend, it was fun to come up with different kinds of rewards. I spent an hour on Sunday afternoon coloring in an adult coloring book.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Chelsea Bowen 10/18/2018 4:34 PMA friend of mine recommended the book Change your Schedule, Change your Life. One of the top priority actions is to go to bed at a consistent time each night. I am already seeing positive benefits from regulating my daily schedule to get better rest. -
Chelsea Bowen 10/15/2018 11:13 AMI definitely didn't need that pair of black boots that I was looking at online yesterday, and evaluating this purchase as a want or a need reminded me that I already have a brand new pair sitting on the floor of my closet.
