REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Go get a check upHow do you practice self care?
Courtney Brereton 10/09/2018 3:41 PMI had a wellness appointment today on my lunch. It was a great way to map out my preventive care for the upcoming year. It was nice to see great numbers and being active is really making a difference/ -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Courtney Brereton 10/04/2018 10:01 AMFor a week I have not been purchasing coffee, I have been filling up my ceramic mug. Not only have I seen a difference in my health, I have helped to increase the earths health. Could never give up coffee, but all the artifical stuff and the packaging could definately be avoided, I see myself not going back. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Courtney Brereton 10/04/2018 9:51 AMMy two kids and I have a Kroc family membership and go 3 times a week together as a family. Yesterday instead of going to our usual family work out spot, we took a nice hike on a trail and talked about how beautiful nature is and what we can do to keep our planet staying healthy.
