Cathy Brett 10/22/2018 8:34 PMDespite living in a landlocked state with limited local fish options I try to buy wild caught and social responsible suppliers -

Cathy Brett 10/22/2018 8:32 PMpublic transportation is not as easy in a small town and cycling seems a better option -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Cathy Brett 10/22/2018 8:31 PMNo straws for 3 days and making sure I use jars instead of plastic bags -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthWhat are the implications of access to nutritious food for a community?
Cathy Brett 10/16/2018 1:33 PMMaking local grown foods more easily available and affordable to all community members. It is important to work with all channels that help support various groups and not just depend on people coming to the weekend farmer's market. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthTo what extent do you believe that environmental factors contribute to your own health or issues with health?
Cathy Brett 10/16/2018 1:29 PMI just recently moved and realized how many toxic products I had way back in the cupboard. I have shifted over the years to more clean and homemade products but realized I still had quite a few things I just pushed to the back. Luckily Fort Collins has a great recycling center you can take things like cleaning product to so they are disposed of properly.
