    I have young children, and in trying to teach them gratitude and kindness, I have to be both! It helps me remember who I want them to be, thus being better myself, so that we can help make for a better world.

    Exercise and realize what's in my control and what's out of my control. Do what I can to effect the things in my control and try not to stress over the things outside of my control.
