    For additional information, check out Dr. Mark Hyman's podcasts on "Farmacy".  He is a Functional Medicine MD with books and podcasts and his advice has made a definite improvement on my health.  The lab results don't lie!

    Before WWII, all farming was organic, so the answer is yes.  Cutting down on waste makes a significant impact.  I have subscribed to Imperfect Produce and get a box of organic "imperfect" produce every week.
