rylee callahan 10/17/2018 1:11 PMOf all my challenges, I am particularly having a hard time with one and throughly enjoyed anther. My most difficult challenge is reducing my intake of meat. I didn't realize how much meat I was eating until I was forced to be cautious about it. I have definitely limited the amount I eat, but have come across many situations where I had to find alternatives for, more specifically lunch and dinner. It is crazy how every time I see one of my friends or even myself eating meat, the first thing I think of is the impact on the environment and how much it is hurting it, it is a pretty traumatic concept. On the other hand, I this week I watched the sunset. I was walking home from class and the clouds and sky were so beautiful. It happened to be nice out as well, so the overall outdoor experience was very pleasant and I am happy I committed to that goal and moment.
