    it is not easy to have work-life balance when you are really busy at work and need to meet deadlines and complete urgent activities but if you can give yourself 30 min and exercise or meditate you def feel better

    Gratitude is the appreciation of the good things in life. Being grateful helps to keep a positive mindset since you focus on the good. By being grateful you can easy find motivation to keep doing good

    My mom taught me and my siblings since we were very young the importance of taking care of the environment. I been recycling for over 2 decades now (first at my parents home then by myself) and I am always trying to do more things that can have a positive impact for the earth.
