    I do volunteer work 12 to 16 hours per week with a nonprofit environmental organization (of which I am the director), Environteers.org. Would you please add an action "challenge' of doing environmental volunteer work, in say increments of 4 hours/week? Please check out Environteers.org - I bet you'll like it!
