The de-cluttering challenge isn't quite daily, seems more like one-time challenges. I'd love to have time every day to de-clutter -- 20 years in the same house means accumulations. We also store things for one adult kid and have both sets of parents working on their own downsizing and wanting us to take family items. I have been gradually de-cluttering and preparing different boxes for donations and/or offering to friends and family. Also saying no to some offered family items and working to have the 20-something go through her boxes.

I am grateful that getting a flu shot is so easy. I stopped by a clinic during my lunch and was done in 10-15 minutes. Good for my health and my community's health.

I shop primarily at a store that shares information about the origin of the seafood and uses Seafood Watch from Monterrey Bay Aquarium to mark options with green/yellow/red. I ask about options if the fish I wanted isn't available or isn't green.
