    I need to go to bed earlier.  It might be easiest to go to bed when the kids go to bed.

    I can walk with friends at work and get the kids and dog to walk with me at home.

    Set timers for outdoor lighting.  Unplug chargers when not in use.  Check that lights are off.  Make sure kids shut off music when not listening.
