Waste

Skip the Straw

Plastic bags and small plastic pieces like straws are most likely to get swept into our waterways. I will keep 1 plastic straw(s) out of the landfill and ocean each day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.

I read an article today that we have 10 years to try and prevent the earth from warming 2.5 degrees. Every half degree has disastrous effects. Just look at the news. Everyday now there seems to be some weather related disaster somewhere in the world. We need to take action now!
