    0.3kWh! I had no idea running a washer with cold water used such little electricity! And apparently detergent can sometimes even be better in cold water. Definitely good inspiration here on coldwatersaves.org. I need to remember more consistently to adjust the water temperature before blindly starting the wash (because it defaults to warm/hot... :/)
