Fernando De Moraes 10/18/2018 7:57 AMI have tried to exercise daily and leveraged on family; instead of driving my kids to the school I have biked with them; whenever we go to the grocery store for small quantities/items, I have walked there instead of driving. -

I had used sugar in my 2 daily coffees....now I am using a sweetener; already feeling better.
