    I have tried to exercise daily and leveraged on family; instead of driving my kids to the school I have biked with them; whenever we go to the grocery store for small quantities/items, I have walked there instead of driving.

    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit.     It is a simple action and we can make the difference; I have 5 reusable mugs now.....2 at my house, 2 in my office and 1 in my car...

    I started to use the "Bedtime app"; great tool to help me monitoring my sleeping hours.

    I had used sugar in my 2 daily coffees....now I am using a sweetener; already feeling better.
